RTSC is a self-guided method, based on rhythmic walking, that lets you gently reprocess the fears and memories that weigh on you. I'm not acting as a therapist here — I create the conditions. It's your supraconsciousness that does the work.
An anxiety that comes back for no clear reason. A memory that still weighs on you, years later. Constant stress, a hypersensitivity that wears you out, a body that reacts more strongly than you'd like.
If you recognized at least one of these — RTSC is for you.
Discover how it worksRTSC (Trauma Reprocessing through Supraconsciousness) is a self-guided personal development practice, based on rhythmic walking. It doesn't replace medical or psychological care — it comes as a complement, as support, never as a diagnosis.
Rhythmic walking lowers cortisol, releases endorphins and gradually calms the mind — after 30 to 45 minutes, resistance starts to soften.
Thinking back on the memory or fear, a new image, gesture or a few words spontaneously surface — never invented, never suggested. This is what I call the voice of the supraconsciousness.
An exhale, a release — the signal has been received. The intensity of the emotion decreases, often lastingly, with no destabilizing side effect.
RTSC is not a medical act in any way and does not replace care from a qualified health professional. If you experience psychological disorders (depression, PTSD, suicidal thoughts...), please consult a doctor or psychologist. It is not recommended for people with significant psychological fragility, nor, alone, for the most severe traumas.
« We can work on these significant memories that later impact our lives. Thanks for this method. »
« I've taken a step back on the word "betrayal" — and I made an unexpected connection with my own story. »
« A really great experience where we are not at fault. »
« Thanks again Salvatore for the benefits of your book and this technique. I practice regularly. »
Le Chemin de l'Homme Libre (The Path of the Free Man) tells the story of how RTSC came about, explains what limits our inner freedom, and gives you the keys to apply the method on your own — straight from reading it, without waiting for a walk or a session.
Nothing about my path pointed toward writing a book or building a method. Born in 1963, I left school after the second-to-last year of high school, learned a trade on building sites, then built a career in IT up to running a subsidiary of a large international group.
In 2016, meeting Laurence — a therapist, who became my wife — led me toward supporting people. In 2020 I left my job to devote myself to it full-time.
I'm not acting as a therapist on RTSC walks. I'm a walking stick: something to lean on along the way, without ever walking in your place. You move forward; I hold the balance. Author of Le Chemin de l'Homme Libre, I've been documenting this method since 2024.
A winter walk, in early 2024, changed everything: a thought crossed my mind — “I'm going to treat my own traumas myself.” Without thinking about it, I reconnected with a painful memory, and the way that memory played out changed, on its own, in a few seconds. Then a second memory came up. Then a third. I did it again with people close to me, then with people Laurence was already seeing — and word of mouth did the rest. A hundred experiences later, the RTSC method was born, now documented in an open, exploratory research paper available on OSF.
45 minutes, one-on-one, to clarify your situation, ask your questions about the method, and figure out together the right direction to move forward.
Prerequisite: know RTSC, having read the book.
Book the session →A morning in Fleurieux-sur-l'Arbresle (Rhône, France) — theory, tools for anxiety attacks, walking, RTSC in practice and a debrief. Groups of 3 to 7 people, €20 registration fee.
See upcoming datesA single walk doesn't always solve everything at once — it often shows where the real work lies. This program offers several spaced-out sessions, so you can move forward layer by layer, at your own pace, with follow-up between walks.
